我再用win10和vs2015编译opencv3.4时，报错The system is: Windows - 10.0.14393 - AMD64，在网上找了很多方法都说要安装win10 SDK，我在vs2015里补充安装完成后还是同样的错误。
后来发现是cmake使用的编译器问题，vs2015要选择Visual Studio 14 2015 Win64而不是Visual Studio 15 2017 Win64
重新换个编译器后就没有这个问题了。
